TabOnline Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Members

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TabOnline platform at tabonline.bet, or by creating an account, placing a bet, playing any casino game or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use TabOnline.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of TabOnline, including registered members and visitors browsing the platform. They should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these terms by reference.

TabOnline reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Members who do not accept updated terms should close their account before the changes come into effect.

2Account Registration

To place bets or play games on TabOnline, you must create a registered account. Account registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, a password and confirmation via one-time password (OTP). You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete.

Each person may hold only one TabOnline account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, different payment wallets or different devices — is strictly prohibited. TabOnline uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all accounts in the same name or household may be suspended and any winnings or bonus balances may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. If your mobile number, payment wallet details or any other registered information changes, you must update your account accordingly. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate account closure.

• Registration is free and takes under two minutes.
• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Your mobile number will be used for OTP verification and important account communications.
• TabOnline may request additional identity verification documents at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• Accounts that fail to pass KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld until verification is completed.

3Eligibility

TabOnline is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any feature of the service. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for a person under 18 to gamble, and TabOnline takes age compliance seriously.

In addition to the age requirement, TabOnline may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. By accessing the platform, you confirm that online betting is not prohibited in your specific location and that you are accessing the service of your own free will without coercion. You are solely responsible for determining whether using TabOnline is lawful in your jurisdiction.

The following persons are not eligible to hold a TabOnline account:

• Any person under 18 years of age.
• Any person who has previously been self-excluded from TabOnline.
• Any person acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these terms.
• Any current employee of TabOnline or any related entity, or any immediate family member of such an employee.
• Any person using automated software, bots or other non-human means to access or use the platform.

4Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your TabOnline login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — confidential. TabOnline will never ask you for your password by phone, email or live chat. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends, family members or supposed support agents who contact you unsolicited.

You must notify TabOnline support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. TabOnline is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the member failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

To keep your TabOnline account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Never log in on shared or public devices and always log out after your session.
• Do not respond to unsolicited messages claiming to be from TabOnline that request your personal details.
• Enable any additional security features offered in your account settings.

TabOnline reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if unusual activity is detected, pending verification by the member. This is done to protect the member's funds and is not punitive.

5Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on TabOnline are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. TabOnline does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in another person's name — all payment methods must belong to the registered account holder.

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though very large deposits may trigger additional verification checks under TabOnline's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Deposits are credited to the betting balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. The target processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals is under five minutes from request to receipt. Bank transfers via IBFT may take up to one business day. TabOnline does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

TabOnline reserves the right to request identity documents, including a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership, before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard KYC requirement and applies to all members regardless of transaction size. Failure to provide requested documents within seven days may result in withdrawal requests being declined.

If a deposit is made in error or a technical issue results in an incorrect balance, TabOnline must be notified immediately. Any funds that a member knows to be the result of an error must not be wagered. Using incorrectly credited funds constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension.

6Betting Rules

By placing a bet on TabOnline, you accept that the outcome is uncertain and that you may lose the staked amount. All bets are placed on a voluntary basis. TabOnline is not responsible for bets placed in error, including incorrect selection, incorrect stake amount or misunderstanding of odds format.

Odds displayed on TabOnline are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation, not at the moment the bet slip was opened. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly and the odds shown when a selection is added to a bet slip may differ from those confirmed at the time of placement.

The following general betting rules apply to all markets on TabOnline:

• Minimum single bet stake: Rs 100. Maximum stake varies by market and is displayed within the bet slip.
• Bets on abandoned, postponed or cancelled events are voided and the stake returned unless TabOnline's specific market rules state otherwise.
• In the event of a result being overturned by an official governing body after settlement, TabOnline reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised result.
• Where a palpable error in pricing is identified — for example, odds that were clearly set incorrectly due to a technical or human error — TabOnline reserves the right to void affected bets. This policy applies equally to all members and is not applied selectively.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (when live in-play betting is not offered for that market) will be voided.

Cricket betting on TabOnline — including PSL, international T20s, Tests and ODIs — is governed by the specific market rules displayed within each event. Ball-by-ball and session markets have additional rules regarding interruptions, rain delays and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method applications. 7Casino and Live Games

TabOnline offers live casino games including Roulette, Baccarat and card games, as well as crash games and virtual sports. All live casino games are provided by certified gaming studios using real physical equipment — real wheels, real cards and human dealers. RNG (random number generator) based games are independently certified for fairness by third-party testing laboratories.

Casino game outcomes are final once a round or hand has been completed. No disputes regarding a settled outcome will be reviewed after the completion of the subsequent round. If you believe a technical error has occurred during a game, you must raise it with support before playing the next round.

8Bonuses and Promotions

TabOnline offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback promotions, VIP tier rewards and seasonal promotions throughout the year. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published in full at the time the offer is made. The terms below apply generally to all promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the specific promotion. Bonus balances expire at the end of the stated period.
• TabOnline reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, cancel an active bonus or withhold a bonus payout if it believes the offer has been abused, including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns or any other method designed to exploit the promotion.
• Free bets that win do not return the stake — only the winnings are credited. This is standard across the industry and will be clearly stated in any free bet promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, per household and per device. TabOnline's automated systems monitor for multi-account bonus claims.
• VIP cashback is credited as withdrawable PKR with no additional wagering requirement, unless the specific VIP tier terms state otherwise.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TabOnline and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or another person's name.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to manipulate bonus terms, including coordinated low-risk wagering specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure.
• Arbitrage abuse: Systematic exploitation of pricing discrepancies between TabOnline and other platforms in a manner that constitutes trading rather than genuine betting.
• Bot usage: Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Collusion: Working with other members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Money laundering: Using TabOnline to process, layer or integrate funds derived from illegal activity. TabOnline reports suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities as required by its AML obligations.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method or impersonating another person.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or wallet provider for a transaction that was legitimately processed by TabOnline.

TabOnline's fraud detection operates continuously. Members suspected of prohibited conduct will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, withdrawals may be withheld. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited. TabOnline's decision in such matters is final.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the TabOnline platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, design elements, software code, odds data, statistical content and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the intellectual property of TabOnline or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the TabOnline platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing any TabOnline content without prior written permission.
• Screen-scraping, data-mining or using automated tools to extract odds, results or other data from the platform.
• Using the TabOnline name, logo or branding in any external publication, social media post or promotional material without explicit written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling or attempting to access the source code of any TabOnline software.

11Limitation of Liability

TabOnline provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain continuous, high-quality service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free from technical errors or that all features will function correctly at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TabOnline's liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from these terms or use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim. TabOnline is not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profit arising from inability to access the platform during a technical outage.
• Bets that could not be placed due to a platform error at the time of a sporting event.
• Losses arising from reliance on incorrect odds that were the result of a technical error and subsequently voided.
• Any loss arising from your own decision to bet, including decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits TabOnline's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12Privacy and Data Protection

TabOnline collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by TabOnline includes your mobile number, identity documents provided during KYC verification, payment method details, betting history and device and session data. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal obligations and improve the platform. TabOnline does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All data stored by TabOnline is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS encryption in transit. Your full payment card or wallet details are never stored on TabOnline's servers — transactions are handled via certified payment processors.

13Responsible Gaming

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of TabOnline after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must notify TabOnline and close your account before the changes take effect. Any pending bets placed before the effective date of the amendment will be settled under the terms in force at the time the bet was placed.

15Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to TabOnline's operating licence. In the event of any dispute between a member and TabOnline, the parties agree to attempt resolution through TabOnline's internal complaints process in the first instance before pursuing any other avenue.

To raise a complaint, contact TabOnline support via live chat or email at support@tabonline.bet. All complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and investigated within five business days. TabOnline will provide a written response to the complainant with the outcome of the investigation.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the member may refer the matter to TabOnline's licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. TabOnline's decisions regarding the settlement of bets, cancellation of promotions, account closures and fraud investigations are based on comprehensive internal data and are made in good faith. While TabOnline welcomes complaints and reviews each one seriously, decisions made on the basis of documented evidence are generally final.
